1. Why do prices differ for custom orders? Why do I have to email for a price?

“Custom cookies are just that – custom. Sometimes I have to have a cookie cutter made, ordered, or altered in order to make the cookie desired. The price is dependent on the size, shape, how many colors are needed, as well as how many different consistencies of icing are used. 1. Why are seasonal cookies cheaper during that season?

“Seasonal cookies are cheaper because it is easier to make a very large batch of the same cookie, mix up the same colors, and use the same cookie cutters during each season. When the cookies change, so does the color of the icing, the consistency needed, the cookie cutters needed, the materials, and the packaging. The discount offered is for the convenience of making seasonal cookies.”
